Insurance coverage will be confirmed upon arrival at the office to help you determine available benefits. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurances. Assignment of benefits is available in most instances and we will bill your company as a courtesy to you. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially-responsible party is accountable for all charges. |
